Backyard Mentality

It was an accident that I began my future in hot sauce. I am a home chef with a passion in everything I do. After many years of gardening and reaping the benefits of growing and eating all organic farm fresh food from my backyard. It began when I started some Salsa/Jalapeno peppers and they grew like crazy so I decided to make a hot sauce. I made the hot sauce similar to my Italian red sauce starter and realized it brought a unique flavor to the hot sauce recipe. All hot sauces are the same recipe using different combinations of peppers. I take extreme pride to bring to you this one of a kind limited quantity farm to table hot sauce.
